Letter games will also be introduced from time to time to enhance retention.
Students will be introduced to books during interactive story time when the teacher will read selected stories and get the pupils to respond by asking questions or talking about what they have heard. Some sight words that occur frequently will be highlighted so that pupils start building up a sight word vocabulary.
Course Assessment:
The teacher will monitor the students and observe their progress all the time. The teacher provides feedback to the Project Coordinator after every lesson. Parents will also be informed of the progress of each child. |
