based on the monthly fees (4 weeks) payable.
Note: The school year is divided into three main modules, each comprising of four sub-modules. Each sub-module corresponds to one month (4 weeks). The fee payable for each month will be based on this schedule of dates for the year 2008. The Courses for International Students are modular in nature. Students can opt to pay the school by module or as a whole sum. If they choose to pay by module, no discount in course fee can be given. To enjoy a discount, full payment for the whole course must be received.

EXPLANATORY NOTES:
In line with Petra Education Centre’s policy of Standardization of Fee Structure and Programmes for all its students, both local and foreign, we are putting in place systems for various transactions and procedures.
We have a different term structure for Full-time and Part-time students. For Part-time students, there are four academic terms. Each term has 10 weeks. For International students, there are three terms or larger modules and each of these terms are subdivided into four monthly modules. International students also have the option of extending their study by an additional two weekly pro-rated sub-modules.
As an effort to standardize payment, we are now collecting payment at the beginning of each term. However all new students are expected to pay for at least one term irrespective of which part of the term they enroll. The fee will be subsequently pro-rated in the next term.
We also have a schedule of discounts for students who pay ahead of time. For instance, we have in place a discount policy for students who wish to pay in advance for two, three or four terms.
